Cookie Consent & Banner

Auto-discover, classify and govern cookies. Drop-in banner with Google Consent Mode v2 support.

The problem

Most Indian websites still use a single "Accept All" cookie banner — or worse, no banner at all. Under DPDP, every digital identifier (cookies, pixels, fingerprints, device IDs) that processes personal data needs the same itemised notice and consent treatment as any other processing activity. The popular open-source banners don't classify your cookies, don't enforce consent in your tag manager, and don't generate the audit trail the Board will ask for.

What you get

Capabilities, not feature toggles

Every capability below is a working part of the AutoCops application — not a roadmap promise.

01

Automatic cookie discovery

Crawl your site weekly (or on every deploy via webhook) and detect every first-party and third-party cookie, pixel, tracker, and SDK that gets set. Classify them automatically into Essential, Functional, Analytics, Marketing, or Advertising.

02

Drop-in banner

One-line script tag. Renders a configurable banner that matches your site's typography, colours, and language. Works on every framework: React, Vue, Angular, vanilla, Shopify, WordPress.

03

Google Consent Mode v2

Native support for Google's Consent Mode v2 signals (ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization). Your Google Ads, GA4, and tag manager respect the user's choice automatically.

04

Per-language notices

The banner detects the visitor's locale and renders in their language. Edit the wording in our admin once, and it propagates everywhere.

05

Geo-aware enforcement

Show the strict DPDP banner to visitors in India and the GDPR-style banner to visitors in the EU, all from the same script. No regional code branches in your codebase.

06

Audit-ready evidence

Every cookie consent action is logged with the visitor's pseudonymous ID, the IP, the user-agent, the banner version shown, and the choice made. Export per-month evidence for your DPO or auditor.

How it works

From zero to live in days, not months

  1. 1

    Add the script

One <script> tag in your site's <head>. Replace whatever banner you have today.

  2. 2

    Run the discovery scan

AutoCops crawls your site and produces a complete cookie inventory in under 30 minutes. Review and classify anything the auto-classifier wasn't sure about.

  3. 3

    Configure the banner

Pick the layout, colours, languages, and required vs optional categories. The banner inherits your site's CSS variables so it looks like part of your brand, not a third-party widget.

  4. 4

    Watch it run

Visitors get the banner. Their choices propagate to your tag manager. Your weekly compliance digest shows the choice rate and any new cookies added since the last scan.

Common questions

Things buyers ask in the demo

How does this differ from the free open-source banners?+

Free banners render a UI but don't classify cookies, don't enforce choices in your tag manager, don't keep audit logs, and don't help you when a regulator asks for evidence. AutoCops covers the operational layer that the open-source banners deliberately leave out.

Will this slow down my site?+

The script is 14 KB gzipped, loads asynchronously, and has zero render-blocking dependencies. Lighthouse Performance scores are unaffected in our test corpus.
