Each module ends with a quiz. Failing a quiz blocks access to the related production system until the user retakes and passes.

Every employee has a training profile. The dashboard shows who's completed what, who's overdue, and who's never logged in.

Just-in-time micro-training

When a user is about to do something risky (export a customer list, copy a database, ship a feature with new personal data), AutoCops can inject a 30-second reminder right at the moment of action.

Compliance certificates

Generate per-employee certificates showing the modules completed and the dates. Useful for HR records and for regulator queries.

    AutoCops ships with a starter library. You enable the modules relevant to your organisation.

    Sync your HR system or upload a CSV. AutoCops auto-assigns modules based on role.

    Track completion

    The dashboard shows progress in real time. Overdue learners are nudged automatically.

    Certify

    When a learner completes a module, the certificate is emailed to them and stored against their HR record.
